With over a decade of experience and hundreds of newborns in front of my lens, I specialize in capturing the tiny, fleeting details of these early days-right in the comfort of your own home. From first-time parents to growing families, I've worked with multiples, siblings, special needs and even the occasional hesitant dad. Fur babies are welcome too! Every family is beautifully unique and all are welcome at PDJ Photography.

When you book your newborn session, you'll receive a detailed prep guide with everything you need to fuel confident and ready. I also provide a style questionnaire so you can share your preferences on colors, props and special touches--ensuring your session reflects your family's story.

Custom newborn photography is a timeless investment in the people you love most. Session fees, print and digital collections are subject to sales tax.

Newborn

Newborn sessions with PDJ Photography are designed to be relaxed, personal and entirely focused on your growing family.

Sessions take place in the comfort of your home--Monday through Friday--and are typically scheduled within the first 28 days of your baby's life, when those sweet sleepy poses are still possible. Parents and siblings are always welcome to be part of the session. Sessions generally last 2-3 hours to allow plenty of time for feeding, soothing, diaper changes and multiple setups without feeling rushed.

Your session is nonrefundable but includes my time and experience, use of my curated collection of wraps, headbands, props, and outfits, as well as thoughtful, gentle posing to ensure your baby's safety and comfort at every moment. After your session, we'll meet to go over your custom gallery with at least 30 carefully captured images for you to choose from .

This is more than just a photo session--it's the beginning of your family's story preserved in timeless images you'll treasure forever.

Maternity

Maternity sessions with PDJ Photography celebrate the beauty, strength and anticipation of motherhood.

These sessions are relaxed, natural and centered around you-- capturing the glow, connection and emotion of this special time. Whether you prefer a cozy in-home setting or a scenic outdoor location, I'll guide you every step of the way to create timeless images that honor your journey into motherhood. Partners and children are always welcome to be part of the experience. Sessions generally last up to 2 hours.

Your session fee includes my time and experience, posing coaching as well as access to my collection of maternity gowns. After your session, we'll meet to go over you personally crafted gallery with at least 30 images for you to choose from.

BUMP 2 BABY SESSION

BUMP TO BABY sessions with PDJ Photography are a meaningful way to document the full journey into parenthood--from your growing belly to your baby's first days.

This special collection includes both a maternity session and a newborn session, allowing us to capture the emotion, anticipation, and joy that surround this beautiful season of life. Maternity sessions are relaxed and styled to reflect your personality--whether that means a glowing solo portrait, intimate couple's shots, or moments with older siblings.

Once your baby arrives, your in-home newborn session focuses on the tiny details and real connections that make this chapter unforgettable. With gentle posing and plenty of time for feeding and cuddles, you'll receive timeless images of your baby in the comfort of your own home.

By booking both sessions together, you can create a cohesive and heartfelt collection that celebrates the full story--from bump to baby--with consistency in style, tone and care.
